    Spreads from 1 pip on Standard Account with no commission.

    Spreads from 0.0 pips on Raw ECN Account with a $7 USD commission per standard lot per round turn.

    What is the Blueberry Markets GMT Offset?


    The Blueberry Markets trading servers are currently set to GMT + 3 Hours. Blueberry Markets bases MetaTrader 4 (MT4) Server time on "5pm New York", the internationally recognised end-of-day in the forex markets.

    What time does your Rollover occur?


    The Blueberry Markets rollover occurs at 23:59 - 00:01 MT4 Server Time.

    What are your market opening and closing times?


    Monday Market Open = 00:00 MT4 Server Time.

    Friday Market Close = 23:59 MT4 Server Time.

    What level of leverage may I choose for my account?


    Leverage available for Blueberry Markets trading accounts is from 1:1 to 500:1.

    What is the minimum amount to open an account?


    The minimum required deposits for a Blueberry Markets Trading Accounts is $100USD or equivalent currency.

    What are the open and close times of the various products?

    Do I have to provide any documents to Blueberry Markets?


    Applicants are required to provide a copy of a valid passport and a document for proof of address. The proof of address document must be no greater than 3 months old and clearly show the name and address of the applicant.

    Does Blueberry Markets accept clients from all countries?


    No, Blueberry Markets are unable to accept clients from various countries due to regulatory constraints or Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) deficiencies.

    These countries include the USA and Japan.

    What identification documents are required?


    There are two options available to satisfy Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.

    Option 1:

    - 2x Photo ID such as Passport and Drivers Licence

    Option 2:

    - 1x Photo ID (Passport)

    - 1x Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Phone bill no older than 3 months)

    What leverage should I select?


    The default leverage is 1:100. Leverage is set to 1:100 on all accounts until funded. Once funded, compliance is then able to change the leverage if requested.

    What is Product Knowledge Quiz?


    The product knowledge quiz is required to be completed by Australian Residents as per RG227 regulation.

  • MetaTrader 4

    My platform shows 'Trade Context is busy'.


    Close and reopen the MetaTrader 4 platform. The error message will be resolved.

    My Demo account will not login.


    Demo accounts expire after 30 days as standard. To get a new demo account, in the MetaTrader 4 platform go to File > Open an account and you can generate a new login and password. You do not need to download the platform again.

    My account shows as invalid.


    The message invalid account shows when the login or password information is incorrect. Please check your login, password and ensure you are selecting the right server. Live accounts are required to log in to the 'BlueberryMarkets-Real' server and demo accounts login to the 'BlueberryMarkets-Demo' server.

    I cannot find the swap rates.


    Go to the market watch area, right click, and choose symbols. Click on the properties for a trading symbol and it will give you all details including the swap rates.

    Why are swap rates tripled on positions held over the roll-over between Wednesday and Thursday?


    For positions that are open on Wednesday and held overnight to Thursday, the amount added or subtracted to an account as a result of rolling over a position (swap) is three times the usual amount. Charging or paying 'triple swaps' for Wednesday-to-Thursday roll-over accounts for the settlement of trades through the weekend. This is due to FX spot swap rates being settled T+2. I.e. two business days from the trade date.

    Why can't I see all the currency pairs?


    To view all currency pairs, right click on the Market Watch section and then choose 'Show All'.

    I want to change my chart time.


    The trading platform time cannot be changed. There are local time indicators available to download from the MetaQuotes community.

    How can I generate account statements?


    You may also generate your own reports from the trading terminal by selecting the History tab. Then right click the history shown to be able to choose the period of time to see in the report. By right clicking again, you can also choose to save the report to disk in HTML format convenient for viewing in your web browser.

    How to deposit funds?


    China Union Pay (USD accounts only) / Credit Card:

    Login > Deposit > Visa/Mastercard > select 'Trading Account' > select 'Credit Card' .Enter 'Amount' > Click 'Fund Now'.

    If you need to add a credit card, please click on 'Manage Credit Cards'.

    Poli (AUD accounts only):

    Login > Deposit > Poli Payment > select 'Trading Account' > Enter 'Amount' > Click 'Fund Now > You will then be re-directed to Poli Payment > Select your Australian Bank > click 'Continue'.

    This will re-direct you to your online banking where the bank details will be pre-populated with the amount you entered in the client portal.

    Skrill (USD accounts only):

    Login > Deposit > Skrill > select 'Trading Account' > Enter 'Amount' > Click 'Fund Now > You will then be re-directed to Skrill.

    Bank Transfer:

    Login > Deposit > Bank/Wire Transfer > Select the currency of the bank account you are sending funds to.

    How to add/manage credit cards?


    My Account > Credit Cards > 'Add Credit Card Now' > Enter Card Details > Choose Front and Back Image of Credit Card* > Add Credit Card.

    How to view deposit history?


    Login > My Account > Deposit History.

    How to view transfer/withdrawal history?


    Login > My Account > Transfer History.

    How to withdraw funds?


    Login > Withdrawal > Select 'Trading Account' > enter 'Amount' > Select the withdrawal method > click 'Request Withdrawal'.

    How to change password for trading account?


    Login > Dashboard > click on down arrow on the right of the account > Change Password > Enter 'New Password' > confirm 'New Password'.

    How to change password for client portal access?


    Login > My Account > Profile > click on the edit icon next to the existing email address.

    How can I withdraw my money?


    Submit the online Withdrawal form found in the Secure Client Area. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours (1 business day or less). However, due to unforeseen circumstances, withdrawals may take longer.

    What are the fees for withdrawals?


    There are no fees for withdrawals.

    How long does it take to withdraw?


    Blueberry Markets processes the withdrawal within 24 hours.
